ELSEWHERE YUNDERUP CANALS

Elsewhere is a spacious 4 bedroom two bathroom home with stunning views onto canal at South Yunderup with it's own private jetty suitable for up to 7.5 metre boat. Great fishing and crabbing off jetty.
Accommodates 8 people in 2 x queen bedrooms, 1 room with x 2 single beds, 1 room with bunk bed. Doonas and pillows provided for all beds. Plus porta-cot and high chair. BYO linen and towels.
Two bathrooms one with bath tub. Hand towels, hand soap and bath mats supplied.
Lounge room has TV, DVD player, stereo, Wii and Xbox both with games supplied.
Kitchen is fully equipped except for dishwasher. Tea towels, dish washing liquid and some tea and coffee supplied.
Laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board.
Double garage with table tennis, 5 x bicycles, 1 x 2 man kayak, 1 wave ski, exercise machine, crab nets and crab cooker.
Outside entertaining area with large table and chairs, BBQ and dart board.
House has ducted evaporative aircon for those summer days plus gas and electric heating for winter.
Plenty of parking space inside fenced yard, with large area for boat trailer at front of property.
Situated an hours drive south from Perth, 15 minutes to Mandurah or Pinjarra.

Please note there is no fence along water front.

We have stayed at ELSEWHERE Yunderup several times not and we always enjoy the experience. It is located in a lovely setting and is an easy boat up the Murray River to the Ravenswood Hotel, Jetty's and Sandy Cove.The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is a lovely spot to sit and relax at any time of the day.We usually go down with family and friends and always enjoy it. This time was no exception.

A very relaxing holiday house

Our three generation family of eight all found Elsewhere a great holiday house. We enjoyed the crabbing from our own jetty, kayaking and swimming right on our doorstep. There are also many activities in the local area.

Yunderup getaway

Our family had a great time at Yunderup, the kids loved crabbing from the jetty. We had lots of fun on the Murray river doing water sports. It is our 5 time staying at Yunderup, we always look forward to our next visit.

A great stay!

The house had everything you need! Just pack your bags and bring the boat. IGA down the road had a good range of food. Sandy Cove Tav served great food. Kids had fun crabbing off the jetty and playing table tennis. I loved not having wifi... gave us more time as a family.

Relaxing Yunderup

We have stayed in this property twice now. Situated at the end of a canal that comes directly off the Murray River, the property is ideally situated for boating along the river and visiting local sites (eg: The Ravenswood Hotel, Sandy Cove, & Jetty's. The property does not provide linen, which is okay as long as you are prepared for this. The main living area and master bedroom are airconditioned, but the rest of the house isn't. One fan is provided, but one in each bedroom would be great. The owners are very amenable and the house has what you need for a pleasant stay.
