We always appreciate comfortable beds! Good location for what we needed. Also excellent for babies and toddlers. They have lots of helpful items on hand. Host commmunicated promptly and was helpful.

What a great property!

Had an amazing stay. What a wonderful home with so many amenities. The host has thought of everything and we were pleasantly surprized at all the tiny details that were addressed. The property was very clean and communication with the host was outstanding. Can't recommend this property highly enough!

First snow bird stay following my retirement. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was heated and we used it all the time. The home is well equipped and out of all the homes we have rented for various vaca’s and trips the hosts, Grace and Charlie were the most accommodating and caring for anything we needed. We stayed for about two months and they immediately addressed anything we called them about. We would highly recommend this home to those looking for a vacation house. Located in a good area it was easy to get into Tampa’s downtown or drive over to the Clearwater beaches. We would rent this home again and we’re so pleased with our stay.

Rebekah’s Last Toast on the Coast

When we opened the door, all we could think was this is better than the photos!!! It’s so cozy and cute. We had every little thing that we needed plus some! Great Stay!!

Great house, fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay in the Tampa area. Location is ideal with easy access to experience Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater. We were down for spring training so was easy access to get to the games and area beaches. Hostess was terrific in responding to any inquiry. Also was working a portion of the time and inhome WiFi and separate office area was ideal. We also thoroughly enjoyed some quite relaxing evenings on the lovely screened porch. A vacation home that will not disappoint.

Lovely Rental in Town 'N' Country

My husband & I booked this rental for 5 days so that we could be close to his daughter and three grandchildren, who live about 10 minutes away. Grace was a wonderful host. She was extremely responsive to our questions. We were welcomed thoughtful touches like a handwritten note and bag of snacks. The kitchen was well-outfitted with everything we needed to prepare meals -- there was even a blender for my morning smoothie. We had the grandchildren over a few times to swim in the pool and have dinner together. The kids took advantage of the outdoor play area and pool toys. The high-chair came in handy for the youngest, who is 6 months old. The house was beautifully updated, decorated & VERY clean. We are in Tampa a few times a year and look forward to staying here again!
