Unit A-1 is a ground-level, corner unit with wonderful natural lighting in the bedroom. Condo is fully furnished and includes utilities and internet with minimum 1-month lease. Yearlong lease available but includes water only. Renters on yearlong lease pay electric. Unit is newly renovated, completely repainted with beautiful, easy to maintain tile flooring throughout. Kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave and dishwasher. Plantation style blinds in living room and bedroom. Nice walk-in closet. Complex includes pool in a park-like setting with well-maintained landscaping. No condo maintenance fee. Great parking close to unit. Excellent on-site management and secure mail delivery. On-site laundry facilities and recycling. This excellent, convenient location is an easy bike ride or walk to Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt University and Hospital, Belmont. Quick access to downtown area and Green Hills Mall. Linens provided.
