House is so cute and the location is perfect! Host was so nice and very accommodating! We will definitely look into staying here again when in Glenwood.
The house was lovely and a great location. We appreciated the convenience of being so close to all the things we needed in town. The hot tub was perfect after a full day of skiing!
What a great property for our family! Lots of attention to detail, great location, responsive host, and plenty of amenities.Would definitely stay here again!

We loved having your group! Thank you so much for joining us!
We stayed here with our kids, sister and brother-in-law, and their kids. The kids loved the foosball, air hockey, hot tub, and ax throwing! It was a great home base for us while exploring all Glenwood Springs has to offer!
Our entire group enjoyed this home. It was in a good location to access Glenwood attractions, as well as skiing at Sunlight. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the layout was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for meals at home and the hot tub was a nice touch. We would not hesitate to return, thanks!
We had a great stay here. The house is fun and clean. I had a question and received a quick response. Would completely recommend!. The location is right on the Main Street which made it super convenient
This is a really nicely renovated property, with lots of extras that are really appreciated, such as the games room and hot tub. It is very centrally located, which makes it easy to walk into town, and is opposite a great park for the younger family members to blow off steam in and play sports. It’s on a main road but the proximity to the amenities is a good trade off. We really enjoyed our stay, and got to see lots of the local sights.
The house was so clean and in a great location! The mexican restaurant (Fritas) that is close to it is delicious!! The host was great and provided the check in details in a timely manner. Such a great place to stay! The house cools down pretty quickly once the swamp cooler is on as well! Loved the parking area in front of the house as well as the carport/garage area. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and host!
The house is lovely. We loved the hot tub and there was plenty of room for kids to play. My only complaint is that the air conditioning window until is still installed in the front bedroom so it got quite cold.
The house was even even better than we expected. Incredibly clean! All of the amenities were as described and the location could not be beat. The host was so communicative with us and made our trip memorable and easy, especially with two children under four years old. We were truly sad to leave, but cannot wait to come back. This house was phenomenal..
Check in was simple but I didn’t receive any information until I requested it. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor (2 queens and a trundle bed). Lower level has 2 queen Murphy beds and a roll away single. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Dining room table seats seven. Extremely quick responses from host Janelle. The teens enjoyed the hot tub and game tables. Close to downtown and easy drive to Hanging Lake and other attractions. It is on a busy street with traffic noise. Floor fans help diffuse the noise. Small kitchen but great appliances. Coffee maker, toaster, blender and hand mixer.
Our visit was a hodge-podge of families with our college age boys on their spring break. The home is so fun and colorful and offers a great living space for a big group! The basement area was perfect for our boys and was a private area for them to hang out when they needed a break from the parents. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are fun and colorful! It's a great location and easy drive to the ski resort, restaurants, caverns and more.
We didn't use the hot tub, but it's a nice addition to have available!
My husband did get locked out once while we were snowboarding but the owner is responded immediately and was able to help get him back in quickly! She was very sweet and accomodating.
We definitely recommend!
Great place, would stay again. We stayed here with our family and some friends. Total we have 5 kids and 4 adults. The home was ideal for us, the kids played in the basement on the table hockey and food ball tables, they had their own bathroom and beds down there as well. The adults and the one older child stayed on the ground level, each couple had their own bedroom and the older child stayed in a smaller room with a daybed. The separation between the kids and adults made this home feel a lot bigger. The location is close to town and all the fun activities therein. However it is on the Main Street so it takes a little longer to get out of the driveway which is really the only small thing issue some people might have, personally I loved being across the stress from the park and walking distance to everything. Hot tub was a great perk!!
The house was as described. Overall it was a nice stay. However, we did have a few issues during our visit. I found a medication pill in the downstairs sleeping area as well as some food under the couches. We also noticed a live wire hanging from the wall in the garage game room. We found this to be very unsafe as we had kids with us as young as 2-year-old and the wire was within her reach. I did notify the host of these issues. I hope they will be addressed for future guest. We did have to request a few more supplies for our stay such as an extra paper towel roll and kitchen hand towels which were not left out.
Location was great but it's on a super busy street with people commuting to and from Aspen. Street noise was most notable during morning and late afternoon rush hours. On the flip side, we were close enough to park across the street and walking trail to walk to both. There is a cross walk with stop light to get across the street. Only a short walk along the busy street to get to the neighborhood street behind that led to the walking/bike paths, dog parks, and river. We got the most enjoyment and use of the walking paths. In the mornings you can see parasailing off the mountain which was fun to watch.
We had an issue that required communicating with the owner and she was super responsive and accomodating.
Overall great trip.
