Playa Rana is a two bedroom, two bathroom vacation rental located in the heart of the Boardwalk area in Virginia Beach. This charming unit offers central air conditioning and access to a private pool and enclosed patio area. It is close to the beach and Boardwalk attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy Virginia Beach.
The unit is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a washer/dryer for convenience. It is only two blocks from the beach, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful shoreline.
Please note that the complex pool opens at the end of May, so guests may not have access to it during their stay depending on their dates.
Guests are allowed to park up to 2 vehicles in the complex's private parking lot. There is 1 designated parking space labeled "#4" and a parking pass is required.
The linen package provided includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, as well as a towel set for 6 guests. The towel set includes 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. If additional linens are desired, they can be rented through the in-house linen company.
The master bedroom in Playa Rana has a sliding door that opens up to the community pool area, allowing guests to easily access the pool.
The occupancy of Playa Rana is limited to 3 persons per bedroom, as per city health regulations. The bedding in the unit represents flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but the occupancy limit must be followed.
The cleaning service provided uses EPA certified cleaning products for the safety and comfort of guests.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Playa Rana.

Take out all trash from the unit.
Complete any excessive cleaning needs.
No dogs, cats, or other animals shall be kept in or about the Premises by Tenant or Tenant’s guests without the written permission of the Landlord and a one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) non refundable pet fee being paid per pet. In the event that the Tenant has more pets than permitted or fails to obtain written permission of the Landlord or pay the non refundable pet fee, Tenant hereby agrees to pay Landlord liquidated damages of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) per pet.
Tenant will surrender all keys and access to the Premises on the date Tenant vacates the premises; failure to return keys or parking passes will result in a One Hundred Twenty Five ($125.00 USD) charge to cover costs of changing locks. If your keys are left in the property and you require Anchor Realty Group to come and unlock the property, a Fifty Dollar ($50 USD) lock out fee will be charged to cover the cost of this service.
All parking passes must be returned to the Anchor Realty Group Office on the date and time the lease expires; failure to return each parking pass will result in a seventy-five ($75.00 USD) charge per pass to cover costs of a new pass.
