We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything is exactly as listed, the condo was immaculate and well stocked. The complex itself is secure and in a great location - literally right across the street from the beach! The pools are beautiful and luxurious- we felt like we were staying at a resort. We found that the dryer did not work but our host was very responsive to messages and did her best to get the issue resolved. We highly recommend this spot for a family vacation!

The clothes dryer wasn’t working. Ice maker was broken. The sliding porch door was very challenging to open/close and needs to be fixed. The windows have a clear film/tint on them that makes the living room feel very dark. The kitchen was great and very accommodating full of cookware

This was a great condo for our group of 5! It was clean and very nice. You can see the pool from the balcony so we were able to keep an eye on our teenagers. Super close to the beach and Walmart is right across the street. Beach wasn’t too crowded either. We’ve stayed at this complex twice the last two years and we’ll be back soon! Thank you to the host for being so responsive and accommodating to our needs.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Donna was an amazing host very kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We are so glad we chose this place and truly enjoyed our time here.The pool was amazing and never felt crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Even though the rooms are close together, it was surprisingly quiet we hardly heard any noise from neighbors. The nights were calm and peaceful, and we were able to get some really good rest. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Beautiful condo, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Overlooking the pool with an ocean view. This would also be a great place to stay for a working vacation. Two work stations in the condo.

Excellent location!!! The pool was great! Close to restaurants!Just need to be ready cuz the unit on third floor. Everything well stocked to start! If you stay more than a few days you’ll need to replenish.Communication was just excellent. They were so responsive and quick to answer.We’d definitely do it again

Donna was very helpful with any and all questions leading up to our stay. The Dawn Condominiums are very nice (seemed like the nicest in the area we were staying) - loved the pools and the grounds. The condo itself was just right for our family of 4 - had everything we needed. Loved the deck with views of the gulf and pool area. Overall a great stay at the beach!

The condo was great for our family (2 adults and 3 kids 17, 16, 13). There was plenty of room for us all and the two full bathrooms made getting ready easy. The balcony was a great place to relax and the property amenities (2 pools, hot tub, fitness center) were all well used and enjoyed by our group. Just needing to walk across the road to enjoy the beach was great too! Donna was super great with information and check in/out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, very clean, wonderful place. Prompt responses from property manager. Easy process start to finish. No surprises. This is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator but ocean views at both ends of the place and the pool/ocean view balcony make it great. Will look to stay here again next time.

Everything we needed for a great vacation

2 adults, 17/12/6 year old kids. The condo was spacious, perfect proximity to the beach and unlimited meals and entertainment in the surrounding area. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Family get away before our cruise

This was a great vacation stay and everything was as advertised. Rooms were great for our family and we would definitely stay here again. They left a book out of the best restaurants, along with the menus, and many other fun activities to do around the area. It was nice having both pools and being across the street from the ocean.

Clean, well stocked with all the necessities

The property was true to its listing, clean, well stocked, with a good location. We had an issue with the fridge at one point and they were quick to address it, responsive and thorough. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

This condo was beautiful, it has such an amazing view that overlooked the pool and beach. It was very clean and well taken care of. The communication was great, Donna was so sweet and professional. I will be renting from her again! Can’t wait to go back.

Had a wonderful weekend stay with my husband and three kids. We loved the spacious bedrooms and living space. The location is great being just across the street from beach. It was easy to walk over and enjoy our day, and the beach was pretty open, not to crowded. We used the pool which was refreshing after a long day at the beach. Having two bathrooms is awesome to get five people showered for dinner. The food recommendations were great-we especially loved Jimmys on the Pier. Try to go at sunset, gorgeous! The wi-fi access was a bit spotty which was tough for my remote working husband.

Clean, Fresh and Cool

Communicated via text with Donna. Requested and granted an hour early check-in, as we arrived early. Gate and entry door codes worked flawlessly. Parking was plentiful, but no reserved areas. Parking passes were obtained from onsite office for a reasonable fee. Unit found exceptionally clean and fresh. No smoke odors. AC worked very well at keeping 3rd floor unit cool, with outside temperatures in the mid-nineties. Water pressure and hot water plentiful. Shower stalls clean with zero mold/mildew. Supplied bath towels ample, clean, big and plush. Beds were as described and comfortable. Bedding was clean with additional covers stored in closet. TV's in both bedrooms and living area. Kitchen well equipped, including dishwasher. Washer and Drier in the unit, as well as an operating hotel room safe.

This is our 3rd time staying at The Dawn and the property is always well maintained. We arrived an hour early and were allowed to enter the unit ahead of time which was nice of the unit management company. The 3rd story 2 bedroom unit was nice and clean with a great view of the beach. Everything in the unit worked but the sliding glass door to the exterior balcony needs a bit of maintenance and was difficult to open and close. The towel bar in the secondary bathroom was missing and will need to be replaced. Otherwise this is a great unit with a good value and would highly recommend anyone who would like to spend sometime in Galveston with easy access to the beach.
