Welcome to The Dunes, where sun, surf, and serenity await you! This beautifully designed oceanfront townhome is just steps away from the pristine beach and conveniently located near the vibrant shops and restaurants of Surf City.
Construction will be taking place on the adjacent lot during the summer and fall of 2025. While this won’t affect your private beach access, parking, or the stunning ocean views, you may hear some construction noise between 0800 and 1600, Monday through Saturday.

The Marine Corps brought us to the area in 2010. We retired from the Marine Corps in 2019 and stayed. We live a short drive from Surf City and owning a house on the beach was a dream of ours for years. This townhome is a big investment for us and we are excited to share it with guests from all over. We want you to enjoy your stay, make many wonderful memories, and make our beach house your go-to beach vacation spot.
Why they chose this property
We enjoy this part of Topsail Island because shopping, dining, and church are within walking distance. There are two playgrounds a short drive from our beach house. This part of the beach is spectacular!
What makes this property unique
This home was built and designer-furnished in 2023. The ocean views are amazing and the private beach access is just steps away.
