Awesome Property - five stars!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place for a family beach vacation - very friendly staff and prompt to correct any issues. The location is awesome - you can't get any closer to the beach than this place. We enjoyed it and will be staying here again!

The property mgmt team is very responsive to issues which was helpful. This place was very clean and looks like it was newly remodeled. However, the furniture was not that comfortable and the bright white led lights give the place a sterile feeling. I didn’t care for the icy lavender blue interior paint. Felt cold. I’d prefer a place without a screened in porch. The location was good and the beach was nice.

We understand that furnishings, lighting, and interior colors are matters of personal preference, and what appeals to one guest may not appeal to another. The screened-in porch is also a feature many guests enjoy, particularly in a beachfront setting. Given your positive comments about the cleanliness, condition, location, beach, and responsiveness of our team, we do feel that a 6 out of 10 rating was disproportionate to the overall experience you described, as the concerns noted primarily reflect personal preferences rather than issues with the property or its amenities.
