The first floor of the home has a kitchenette. On the second floor, the open living room features a large smart TV and an oversized sofa. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, making cooking a breeze. There is even a separate beverage bar, perfect for evening cocktails! When it's time to eat, dine together around the breakfast bar or at one of the dining tables.

A true focal point of the property is the enclosed yard, lined by palms and showcasing a turquoise pool and pool spa. Afternoon swims are best paired with sun soaks on the ample outdoor seating and cookouts prepared over the gas grill. When you aren't swimming, enjoy sitting on the balconies available off each level, or on the sun-soaked lanai off the living room.

Back inside, get fully comfortable amidst the high-quality linens and central air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer and internet access.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
