We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the grill, we would like to clarify that it is cleaned and inspected regularly by our team. However, guests must be familiar with proper grill operation and safety guidelines, never leaving the grill unattended while in use. As for the coffee machine, as soon as the issue was reported, our team acted promptly and brought a brand new replacement to the home. We always aim to resolve maintenance matters as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to our guests. We are glad you found the home beautiful, and we are genuinely sorry that parts of your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain.
