Enjoy a beverage or meal at several bars/restaurants that are within walking distance and are location is only 4 miles (7minutes) to the beautiful Englewood Beach. You will also have the opportunity to visit two other beaches (Boca Grande & Manasota) about 20 minutes North or South. Its about 2.5 hours to all the parks in Orlando. Bring your kayak! 1/4 mile direct access to Lemon Bay and the area is known as a kayakers paradise. Visit charming downtown Englewood where you can explore local shops, dine at restaurants and visit near my Indian Mound Park. Local planned events are common. This unit features a RV/Boat parking pad. Inside the fence. Message for details. There is also a county recreation center just a mile away with pickleball/basketball courts. The area is also recognized for its charming small-town atmosphere, excellent fishing opportunities, and the annual "Englewood Pioneer Days" celebration, which showcases the community's history and culture. Definitely booking again

Very nice place. We booked all 3 units as we had 12 adults, plenty of room for everyone. Also brought 3 boats. Plenty of room for parking. Will definitely be booking again!
