Please note that like other properties on the southern end of 7 Mile Beach, there may be seasonal sand shifting and beach erosion due to tropical storms and hurricanes. While most of the year there is a beach, there are times when water comes directly to the sea wall and loungers are then arranged on the grass so guests can continue to enjoy the sun, stunning ocean views, and access to the sea for swimming, snorkeling and other activities.
