Top Rental 2021. You and your family will love the rich and classic feel of this third-floor property overlooking the beach in this highly desirable yet less-populated area. This condo sleeps 6 with a King Bed in each bedroom and a Queen EZ Sleeper you can use in the living room. The very modern kitchen includes new and upgraded appliances, and two coffeemakers: a Keurig 2.0 (with carafe), and a Cuisinart brand. The dining/living area has a wine cooler with room for additional snacks. There’s a new 50” flat-screen TV with a sound bar for the living area and a flat-screen television in each bedroom. The cable package includes WiFi connectivity. Contemporary furnishings decorate this newer rental property.

I think the last review was a mistake since the wording was good but the rating was a 1.

Included in the rent is a one-time cleaning after rental and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with the supply of Linen(fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed and sleeper sofa) Towels(8 towels,3 hand towels,6 washcloths, and kitchen towels): Bar soap, hand soap supplied along with trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances.

Something about our building Arcadian II

We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.
The Tennis Court is available most of the time but if not you can reserve it.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out.

Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5 minute drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 minutes.

Fabulous Stay!

We loved our stay! It was very peaceful, which was great as we had our 2-year-old with us. The view of the beach was stunning. The pool was great! We loved the retro interior design in the living room and kitchen! I highly recommend staying here!

View can't be beat!

This condo is clean and well maintained but the star is the location. Sitting on the balcony you're literally feet from the sand and waves. Building is secure and unit is exactly as advertised. Don't hesitate! Book your stay here now!

Great location

Easily the best beach in the area. The only downside of the stay is the uncomfortable furniture. The best way to describe it is a Beetlejuice theme that is as uncomfortable as it looks. The beds are comfortable so you'll be in them early since there's nowhere else to relax. But you're likely here for the beach which is always the most relaxing spot we've stayed over the years.

Beautiful section of the beach. View from the third floor was incredible. Check in and check out was very easy. Felt safe with on site security. Condo was very spacious and could easily accomodate a family without being on top of wach other. Televisions in every room was nice but honestly, with the view, i would have never turned them on if the US Open wasnt on! I would definitely recommend and come back.

THE VIEW!!!

We had a wonderful visit! 4 adults, beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The view off of the balcony is to die for! Of course, that is where we spent most of our time. TV was fantastic for football. This condo is so much nicer than the pictures give it credit for. There was a young lady security guard ( I can't remember her name now), who was an absolute joy and made us feel very welcome. DEFINITELY plan to visit here again. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Myrtle!

New York City meets the Beach!

From the minute you open the door you feel like you are in a posh art deco New York Studio. The oceanfront view was spectacular from the spacious balcony. The sophisticated custom furnishings and built in cabinetry make it the perfect couples retreat. The unit is well stocked with all the the modern conveniences of home. A complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us in the wine fridge. We loved everything about the place! Can not wait to return to 3C next year. Frank, the manager, was great to work with and accommodated our every need!

We were on vacation here in Myrtle Beach for the first time and stayed in this lovely condo. Condo and property is very clean and well taken care of. Location is perfect right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. In the amenities, it said there were umbrellas and chairs available with the condo. Went to get the umbrellas and there were none available. I messaged Frank, the property manager, to tell him there wasn't any he reimbursed me for my rental fees that day. If you need chairs or umbrellas, they have rentals right in front of the condo. Pool very clean and right on beach. They have a nice grill and a picnic table area where you can have a cookout.

Great location

This is my second time in this unit and the location is the best. Quiet and not overly crowded. My only complaint is the cleaning service is not the best. There are a lot of mirrors in the kitchen/dining area; they were streaked. There were still water splatter marks on the mirrors behind the sink and food splatter (looked like tomato sauce) on a mirrored outlet plate. That tells me the mirrors were not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen floor needed a good vacuuming and mopping. I provide this info. because I feel like the owner needs to know the cleaning service is not the best (or he's not getting what he pays for). Otherwise, we love the space, appreciate so much the availability of beach chairs. One thing that needs to be updated in the check-in/out procedures is the current bathroom code for the pool deck area. Otherwise, thank you!

Much smaller than the photos show. Toilets ran constantly. Only lamplight in every room but the bathrooms and kitchen! Lighting was horrible! The lights over the dining table NEVER worked! We called owner to report this. He said he'd send an electrician but no one ever showed up! The patio door had no blinds and it was blinding from the suns refection off the ocean in the mornings. . The patio door in the Master BR wouldnt open! The furniture was extremely worn and uncomfortable! The owner did offer a "$150"refund. Very disappointing stay!!!

Arcadian Shores

My family and I absolutely love this beach. This is our second time staying at the Arcadian. This time though….the direct beach access was not opened until 7:30 am. Many of the guest including myself were not aware of this. The rental was nice and clean. This rental has no extra linens. (Blankets, pillow cases, sheets) We actually ran to Walmart to pick up some. We experienced a problem with the microwave. It would just beep, then let out a very loud one (woke the kids). After reading more reviews I now see that the microwave has been a problem. We just unplugged it. Since this was not our first time staying at an Arcadian I did let the property owner know that he had a nice place but also addressed the lack to direct beach access early, and the lack of linen. The owner was very short and did not seem to know even himself that the access from the building basically is not unlocked until the maintenance man comes. Of all the years we have come to this beach in general this was my least favorite experience due to the lack of beach access and owner lack of caring. Not comfortable with who you are renting from is not enjoyable. Unfortunately with that feeling we took pictures of how clean we leave the place and the condition. I hope this review helps. I know I use the reviews when searching for a rentals.

I am very disappointed in your review as you left unhappy. I think you have me confused with one of the building workers that you talked to. I pride myself in handling quests problems in a fast manner. On Saturday morning (your first morning here) I received a complaint that the pool gate was locked at 7:30 AM. I am the person that told you security locks the pool gate to the beach at 10PM so that the late-night beach people do not trespass and use the pool. Maintenance then opens this gate at 7:30AM. I noted that there is another beach entrance between the buildings that is never locked. I also provided you that morning with a special key for the pool gate so you could use it if you wanted to go to the beach before 7:30am. You never complained to me about linen or blankets, or we would have taken care of the problem. You texted me on Monday morning saying the microwave was not working. I came there within the hour but was unable to fix the microwave. I then provided you with a countertop microwave because the appliance repair man could not come till Wednesday. We did have a problem in the past with the microwave, but it was simply that the guests had turn on the child lock by mistake and therefore it would not work. The two problems that you informed us of were taken care of within hours and that is why I think you must have spoken to a building worker when you said we did not care. We are a separate company from the building. God Bless

Myrtle Beach in November

The condo was one of the best condos that we have stayed in our 30 years of coming to Myrtle. The renovation was very nice and the condo was clean. However there are two items that we feel need attention. First there needs to be nonslip mats in the bath tubs. Secondly, the mattresses need to be up graded. Overall we had a very nice week at the beach.

Getaway with family

Property was as described online VRBO. No issues. Beds were clean and nice: one firmer where other was softer. Only concern was this was 1 week after Hurricane Ian and the pool was not open due to sand and ocean water that flooded it. But there were no other issues from the Hurricane and we still enjoyed lots of shore fishing and the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and activities close (outlets, mini golf, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach). Normally we drive down to Myrtle Beach but this time we flew into Myrtle Beach Airport, which is a nice smaller airport to navigate and on-site car rental right outside baggage claim.
