8 minute drive to town and a 10 minute walk to Hart Bay.
The space
This gorgeous home has 4 king sized private bedroom suites with air conditioning throughout each room and living spaces. Each bedroom has its own bathroom featuring an outdoor shower and a private patio with stunning views of Hart Bay to Rendezvous Bay and St. Croix in the distance. This house is centrally located in Chocolate Hole, with a 6 minute drive to town and 15 minute drive to North Shore road to hit the beach.

Newly renovated villa that brings modern to the island. The home was designed with entertaining in mind, brining you all the games, indoor and outdoor dining areas, fully equip kitchen, savant music speakers throughout, and an outdoor bar. Perfect for family fun or bringing your closest friends.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Checkout by 10:00 AM -Please return all keys to their original location. -Remove all trash from the villa and place it in the designated disposal area - outside in the car port.
Turn all AC's to 75 degrees, turn off all lights in the house. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed securely. Please place all dishes into the dishwasher and begin the cycle for the cleaners
-While not required, you’re welcome to gather used towels and place them in a pile in the laundry room—this is always appreciated by our housekeeping team.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outdoor quiet hours are between the times of 10pm and 8 am.
