Welcome to The Rock Oasis, where the name says it all! You have your own mountain in the backyard! How amazing is that for a backdrop! This truly is a unique desert hideaway.

Our peaceful gem is located in a quiet neighborhood in the beautiful Yucatan Cove, close to Oldtown La Quinta, PGA West, The Empire Polo Club and more. Your whole group will be comfortable in our spacious 2500sq ft house, the ideal desert escape for families & friends!

Our home is beautifully renovated with a mid-century modern desert vibe. An open floor plan, high ceilings and lots of natural lighting welcome you into this very comfortable, spacious, non-smoking home.

There are three big bedrooms all with Cal-King beds, walk-in closets and private full bathrooms. The master suite has a separate living-room-like sitting area with a futon couch and a 75-inch Samsung smart TV.
The other two bedrooms offer a 60-inch Samsung smart TV. Should guests prefer to sleep in separate beds, we provide comfortable aerobeds in each bedroom.
All TVs work with Spectrum TV (no cable) and high-speed internet (500/500mbps). Channels include local channels, golf and tennis channel, Disney+, ESPN and more. Watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and co is not a problem – just log into your account and start relaxing.

Ample seating around the fireplace, a 75-inch Samsung smart TV and a modern pool table make it easy to gather in the living room and enjoy good times with family and friends. The living room also features a little workspace with a desk and a comfortable office chair in case you need to get some work done. USB outlets throughout the house make it easy to charge your devices.

The kitchen is modern and full of appliances for you to use including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, magic bullet, pots, pans, (wine) glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, silverware, fridge with ice and water dispenser and cooking basics like oil, salt & pepper and a full spice rack.
We also offer a little coffee corner with a drip coffee maker and coffee filters, a Keurig coffee maker, and coffee pods, sugar & creamer, a frother, espresso cups and plenty of coffee mugs.

We provide clean, fresh linens, and household basics such as paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and trash bags, hangers, extra pillows, blankets, and you’ll have access to the laundry room with detergent if needed for a long stay.

The backyard features a patio with cozy seating and a fire pit as well as a new BBQ grill, dining table and extra table with benches, an umbrella and 8 pool loungers. Up for some fun games? We have bocce ball court, a horseshoe pit, a corn hole game, Fricket, a giant Jenga and Connect 4 for your use. There are also some board games inside the house.

Our pool is a medium-sized pool and is well maintained with cleaning twice a week. We provide pool towels for each person. Pool noodles are also available. The pool is available year-round, but the temperature of the water will vary based on the weather in La Quinta. It can be heated for an additional charge of $75 per night.

Enjoy stunning views of the Santa Rosa mountains while exploring some of the amazing trails starting right behind the house ideal for hiking, running or peaceful morning/evening walks. Spend the nights around the fire pit, play a game of horseshoe or bocce ball or head over to Oldtown La Quinta for great food & drinks.

Love to golf? This is the perfect location for you. We are surrounded by golf courses such as PGA West, SilverRock Resort, the Indian Wells Country Club and more. But we are also the perfect location for festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach, the Indian Wells tennis Garden and Polo Tournaments. In close proximity you'll also find El Paseo (the deserts equivalent to Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive), Palm Springs, The River in Rancho Mirage, Local Casinos, and the Joshua Tree National Park.
