Perfect Vacation on Fripp

Bedroom 1: king bed upstairs with attached master bathroom 1 (shower, double vanity, makeup station ). This bedroom has private balcony with 2 outdoor lounge chairs. 65” TV.



Bedroom 2: king bed downstairs. 55” TV



Bedroom 3 (perfect for kids): 6 twin bunk beds (2 upper, 2 lower, 2 trundle). Lots of board games, Wii, toys, drawing activities. 55” TV



Bathrooms (2) downstairs and upstairs: shower and single sink. Initial supply of toilet paper (2rolls per bathroom), laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, sponge, and paper towel is included for the first day or two.



Living room: one couch and one loveseat. 55” TV.



Front porch: seating area with table and chairs.



Back porch: grill, chairs, table. Direct access to the backyard. Both bedrooms downstairs have access to the porch.

Grill type: propane. If you run out of the fuel, please refill the tank. Walmart has refills.



Parking: space for 2-3 cars directly next to the entry.



Golf cart: 6- seater electric cart. Please be understanding if it breaks and needs repairs we are not always able to provide replacement.

We have beach chairs, towels, and beach toys.



Our house has shared concrete wall (duplex style) with neighbor of the left. Each place has separate entry and does not share any front or back space.



Amenity cards not available, cannot be purchased.

Perfect Fripp Island vacay! The bed rooms are very spacious, the bunk room was perfect for my children- there were even some toys and books in the room which they loved. Living area is on the smaller side, but the rooms make up for it! Cold A/C- upstairs has its own unit and stays cool. Plenty of hot water, we never ran out. Kitchen is well stocked, bring your own cups for regular drinks. Porch area is nice but don’t leave anything out that is edible because of the furry critter in will steal it. The outside area is perfect for riding bikes, my kids rode around the cul- de- sac every day! The host is very sweet, quick responses and she even left us a little gift to take home which I thought was precious! Would book again!

Property owner was out of the country on vacation, thats the only reason for the low communication rating. She deserves a vacation to. House is clean and neat. Golf cart leaves a little to be desired. Just about left us walking one night. Rented one thru the island the next day. It will get you to the beach and back but thats about it. Overall a nice place to spend a week.

Why they chose this property

Welcome to our cozy Fripp Island home! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, front and back porches and balcony, 6-seater golf cart to drive around and enjoy this beautiful island. Perfect vacation home for one to two families with kids, 4 adults plus 4 kids maximum. If you have more kids please contact us with questions. Perfect for family vacation and creating wonderful memories! Hunting island state park pass is included. No amenity cards included, no availability to purchase.

What makes this property unique

We do not offer amenity cards which allows access to pools, restaurants, golf, tennis, etc. we do not have option to purchase it. You can still use Mangos and Marina store for snacks and sandwiches. Also you can rent additional golf cart from Marina. There are great restaurants outside of island, and lots of things to do. Beach Access: Island has 32 beach access points, some with only golf cart parking, some with regular car parking spots, but they all conveniently located next to each other and marked by white posts with blue number markers. Trash pick up: Mondays and Thursdays during season. Of season starts in September and returns to ones a week on Mondays. No need to bring trash upfront, pick up is complete from where cans are. Groceries: I suggest buying groceries on your way to island (Publix, Walmart Supercenter, Food Lion) all about 30 min drive. There is a convenience store Mangoes to buy sandwiches and necessities that does not require amenity cards next to the gate if you forget to buy something. I’ll send you a separate guestbook with all favorite restaurants. Please let me know if any questions.
