My place is a block away from the beach.This is very nice community with a parking,two pools and jacuzzi.Great BBQ and nice area to have your meal by the pool.
This is a gated community with security guard 24/7.Our office staff has the best customer service.Cleaning service is on site and they would do anything to make your staypleasant.Landscape is gorgeous and whole complex is immaculate.
Location is in downtown and everything is a walking distance.Over 50 restaurants are just a short walk.Taxi is optional and very inexpensive.
My condo is 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on second level.One king and two queen beds.With big kitchen and all appliances for easy cooking options.Washer and dryer inside the condo.
Every room has a TV,cable and Internet access is free.Every room and living room has a balcony.
My place can accommodate 6 people and taxes are included in my price which is 13% in Costa Rica.

Pretty much,you can feel here like at home.It is very private and staff on site is just incredible.From the phone in my unit,you can require needs you have.Office is open every day 8-5 week days and 8-4 for weekend.They can help you with booking any tour and activity.If you need a taxi,transportation to the airport or any other place in Costa Rica,they will gladly help you.Office staff is English speaking. Quite respectful time is 10pm-8am. Also,unit has a manual with rules and regulations.

Great spot

Enjoyed our stay. Central to shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and roomy. More English channels on tv than other condos. Zoran was helpful and friendly in booking. Unit would be a 5 out of 5 with upgraded living room furniture.

We loved the property, however everything else was awful!

The loud parties both in the condo and across the street at the disco were unbearable for sleeping. The prostitutes had a constant flow in and out of this condo complex with what appeared to be groups of guys staying in the other condos on this property. The cabs honking for them and the gates opening and closing all hours of the nights resulted in a sleep deprived vacation. In the defence of the condo, it was beautiful, but everything surrounding our stay ruined our vacation.

We have stayed here many times. The condos are modern and clean. The location is walking distance to everything, with a major grocery store right across the street. One block from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back again.

Nice place and great location

Really nice unit. Staff was really helpful. Could use a few beach mats and a cooler for visitors so you don't have to buy one for a two week stay. Zoran explained everything well and the place was nicer than expected. Close to everything. Thanks

I should be refunded the money that I paid for this condo. First of all I was told it was a family environment. I know prostitution is legal in Costa Rica but when you actual see the young women coming to the gate were they check their IDs it doesn't feel very family like. My wife had family visiting and they couldn't sleep because of the yelling and noise that was being made at night. There should have been a warning or something about adult content. Anyone who has a family I would not recommend this place at all. Very dissatisfied with this place.

The condo looks just as in the pictures, clean, spacious & modern. We had a wonderful time in Jaco.

The landscaping at Moncao is beautiful, they do a really nice job in maintaining the complex. The staff were very friendly (Bi-lingual) and very attentive to my needs whenever I required assistance. The front office ladies even went as far as printning our boarding passes for our return flights. The only negative regarding the condo was two of the appliances were having issues: toaster & washer. Overall we had a wonderful time and I felt secure at the complex. As our traveling party were a group of women only it was important for me that we feel secure. Just a note on the directions to arrive at Monaco once you reach Jaco, make a left at the corner where the KFC is. I drove past it and had to turn around.
