It was so nice having such a cozy home to retreat to when the weather wasn't cooperating. Perfect location for hitting the beach of Lake Michigan and close to so many cute towns to allow for some exploring.

Great new property

Kids loved the pool and convenient location near town and beach. The house is brand new and still has that new smell. Very stylish and open floor plan. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation spot in New Buffalo

Relaxing retreat

This is a beautifully decorated, clean, relaxing property. The pool was the perfect spot in the evenings after the beach. The fishing pond was a fun feature, while we didn’t catch any fish we saw a snapping turtle and several deer. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The perfect family getaway

The cottage was pristine, clean, comfortable, well equipped and perfect! Can’t say enough positive things. We cooked most meals at the house and it was well stocked with supplies. The pool was a big hit with the kids - it’s a stones throw from the house, wasn’t crowded, and was very scenic nestled among the trees. A 5 min drive from town, we enjoyed the beach, ice cream at Nancy’s, dinner at Stray Dog, and breakfast at Beer Church. In the evenings we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit with a gorgeous overlook of the pond. Smart TVs made it easy to unwind with Netflix between activities. Highly recommend this rental for families looking for a low stress, beautiful getaway! Thank you!

Cozy Home In the Woods

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home it’s a newer home with modern yet summer home decor which we loved, there was thought out into the decor, furniture and linens. Although we were only able to use the first floor of the home there was plenty of space with 2 bedroom/2 bath with powder room for guests, large kitchen with high quality pots/pans/dish was appreciated for us avid cooks! Beautiful dining area for a family dinner and cozy living room for movie night. The spacious deck with dining table was great for barbecue night just be sure to start a fire and use citronella candles for the bugs! The home is ideally right across the road to the community pool. We stayed during busy season so it was busy. Being your own bath & beach towels for the pool there are very limited smaller towels for the shower only. We always bring our own extra towels, toiletries, beach/pool items. Home is close within a mile of downtown New Buffalo where the beach, restaurants and shops but perfectly hidden and quiet at night after 9pm so you can enjoy the peaceful scenery from the living room at night.
