We were happy with this house. Lots of room for our family. The beds were all very comfortable, had lots of pillows and blankets. One room did not have a window unit but we brought a fan with us that we use at night and that seemed to work just fine for the room. Having all the toys, books and games was such a happy surprise for my kids. They spent hours playing with everything, and it was nice to have that and not worry that we didn’t bring enough things to keep them entertained. I will say one of the other room did have a very strong cat urine odor. I am not sure where it was coming from, but it was only that room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic tools needed for cooking meals. Having a large dinning area was very nice to eat at.The living room was very comfortable.It was nice to be closely located to everything we wanted to go to and also close to many grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We strive to make it a memorable place for families to gather. The previous guest lied about having a cat which is why we dont allow animals and it is sad that guests like that ruin a place because they choose to break the rules and bring a cat in anyway that does damage. We did extensive stain and odor treatment and will continue some more but luckily it was contained to that one room now and will hopefully be better after another cleaning treatment. Thank you for letting us know. So glad you enjoyed the rest of the stay and all our amenities. Ryan and Angie

Clean, Safe, Good Value for Small Group

Very clean, towels were new and fluffy, beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans were great, air conditioners very noisy and required bedroom doors to be left open to use. Host provided wifi code on request. A 45 minute walk from downtown, so car required in most cases (unless you are visiting Drake University, which is very close).
