This place was okay, the toilets didn’t work great and saw a few roaches running around. It’s Florida that happens but still gross

There was not any report of that prior to your arrival and still wasn't any after your departure. We are also regretful that we were unable to extend your stay due to the arrival of other guests. Host was very responsive and helpful. Jolene is amazing (front desk/check-in). Water was not hot - service person read the temp and it was 105, but the normal setting is 120. So we struggled to have hot showers/bath. Twin bed matresses have coils and not greatest for an older child (tween) to sleep on. But all in all it was very nice and the host/resort personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Negatives were tolerable, thus the 5 star review.

Thank you for your 5 star review. The hot water temp was perfect and nothing was broken, Florida just happen to have been a bit colder than usual, and that's nothing that we could fix. Our listing is on several platforms, and it's sad to know that you are the only guest over the past 2 years that have ever complained about our beds. Sorry it was not comfortable enough for your daughter. Overall thank you for keeping the home clean, I wish you all the best.
