Our host was excellent. Toured us through the home and gave us detailed instructions on all the amenities. Speaking of amenities…..this place has it all! Pool table, outdoor fire pit, pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, bicycles, lake for fishing ( caught a huge carp , of course catch and release) outdoor grill with misters while cooking so you don’t get too hot. Kitchen has every thing needed and more! The most comfortable, fun home I have ever had the privilege to stay in all my years of travel. My highest recommendation!

Great getaway with great access to Golf!`

This place was great! Everything is as shown and the property manager was excellent and responsive. I've done 3 family golf trips in La Quinta and I've found that I don't want to stay in one of the golf communities because you waste 5-10 minutes just getting out of the gated community. This location had great amenities and all of the golf courses & restaurants we went to were within a nine minute drive. Some of favorite things about this property: 1) Misting system at Bar and near pool works great and cools things down. 2) Pickleball courts are excellent and added a lot of fun 3) Hot tub worked well 4) 3 bikes included is nice- we rode them around the property mostly

Pretty Darn Special

This is a super property - especially for a large family reunion. There were 9 of us. The property has it all - and we spent much of our time at the house and beautiful grounds because it offered so much on site. We played a lot of pickleball, right there in our back yard - some of us for the first time. Great family fun. Pool, hot tub, firepit all great. Close to PGA West, and grocery/retail. Yet very private, and quiet. Plus, you're really not boxed in with family the whole time in a bland house. So many places to sit in front and back of house, in sun or shade, by pond or pool. Pretty darn special. And great communication with Carrie who promptly responded to all our needs. Highly recommend for family reunions or large group of friends.

Awesome Property

Can't say enough about this amazing property. Everything you could possibly want for recreation - pool, jacuzzi, pickleball courts, volleyball, fire pit, outdoor grill, table tennis, pool table - you get the picture. 5 acres total with it's own lake and gazebo. Plenty of space. Very private, secluded and secure. We felt like we were at a resort and expected to see other guests showing up at the pool at some point, but you have it all to yourself. House is beautiful and well stocked. Host met us at the house to show us around and also arranged for masseuse to come on-site. Great communication. You have to drive a little to get to restaurants and such but, really, only 10 minutes to Old Town La Quinta and about 20 minutes to Palm Desert. The seclusion is part of the charm. It was just the 2 of us but this would be a great place for kids (of all ages). The pictures don't do it justice. If you're considering renting it, just do it. You won't be sorry!

Feels like your own private resort!

What an amazing property! We loved everything about it, inside and out. The beautiful front yard was like an oasis with pond, putting green and terraces. The entire property was very private and the landscaping was maintained beautifully.The backyard had so many options for gathering and entertaining: the outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, volleyball net, endless seating options, firepit area and gorgeous pool with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. We loved the ice maker in the outdoor bar area!The interior of the home was spacious and clean and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable! The house was well-stocked and would have been perfect to cook and/or grill, however, we opted to have catered meals and eat out for our stay. We spent most of our trip onsite, not wanting to leave the wonderful surroundings of this home!The property manager and owner were very helpful and we appreciated the arrangements they made for on-site massages and restaurant recommendations. Very responsive whenever we had a question pre-trip and during our stay! Lovely touches included flowers and balloon to greet us for my husband's 50th birthday along with complimentary supplies for smores.Thank you for everything, it was a truly memorable trip for our 50th birthday celebration with friends!

I took our extended family 12 including 5 kids and 3 grandparents and everyone loved the property. The pool side felt like a resort. The lake side was very unique. We went to Big 5 and bought fishing gear and did some fishing. It was great to play pickleball, ride their bikes and our scooters. The house had everything we needed. Carrie was an amazing host and came by to answer questions and help solve minor needs. Highly recommend!

The property was magnificent and exactly as described. There was more than enough room for our family group of 10. The inside of the house and the casita are impeccable and very clean and well maintained. There are a few broken tiles in the pool area but nothing dangerous for the kids. The host was wonderful with very good information and great communication. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of appliances and cookware. There is equipment for the pickleball and volleyball/badminton courts. It was pretty hot so we were only able to play a short amount of time in the evenings or early mornings. The property is huge and we felt like we were away from everything in our private retreat. Shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is as dreamy as it looks! My (now) husband and I booked it as the venue for our micro-wedding and it was PERFECT. I truly cannot say enough good things about our weekend here.We had 10 adults stay at the house for the weekend and we were able host all of our wedding events on the property. We used the BBQ during the welcome dinner, had our ceremony by the lake, and hosted the reception by the pool. The house has absolutely everything you need, is very spacious, and every room has a good view of the property. There are so many areas to hang out, both inside and out, and we tried to use them all. The pool outside, the pool table inside, and the pickleball courts were some favorites. Our guests told us many times how much they loved this place!Carrie, the property manager, was so great to work with. She was kind enough to let us tour the property before booking, shared really great vendor recommendations with us, and called to make sure we had everything we needed before we checked in. She was also available if we had questions during our stay.From our first tour to check out, everything was easy and smooth. Thank you to Carrie and the entire team that helps keep the house and property so immaculate. I can’t wait to return again, and have already recommended this to a friend!
