Townhome For Rent At Beautiful Newfound Lake NH (Bristol, NH)

A wonderful vacation home for rent this summer, fall and winter at beautiful, clean Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH, less than 2 hours drive from Boston. Wellington Village is located directly on the Fowler River, which features direct access to the lake via our own, private concrete boat launch right in the back yard. Our home includes:

- 2 very large bedrooms: Master suite with full bath and queen bed, and 2nd bedroom with 1 twin and one full bed, also with it's own full bath (sleeps total of 6 people). There is also a futon available and a 3rd sleeping area in the finished basement with a bull/twin bunk bed and another twin bed.
- Fully applianced kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, etc.
- 1/2 bath on main floor.
- Cable TV & wireless internet.
- Washer & dryer


The grounds are beautiful and include a tennis court, playground, basketball hoop, canoe racks and plenty of room to play games. There is ample, free parking for your boat and trailer, and the launch is available for your use as well. You can keep your boat in the water for the entire week; just walk a few feet across the yard from the house and jump in!

Our home is meticulously maintained and all systems are modern. The home is also located just a 3-4 minute walk from Wellington State Park, which features a beautiful beach along the shore of the lake. You can also pull your boat up on shore at the park.

Newfound Lake is one of the most pristine bodies of water in the US. It is 7.5 miles long and up to 2 miles wide. Fishing is spectacular; the state record lake trout was taken from these waters. There are 2 marinas with boat rentals, and water skiing, swimming, sailing and paddle boarding are all popular sports. Jet skis are also allowed on the lake. Winter is spectacular here; Several major ski areas are minutes away, and there are hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails (accessible right from the house), as well as cross-country skiing, skating and ice fishing.

Bristol is close to Laconia/Weirs Beach, Plymouth and the White Mountains. There are loads of hiking and cycling paths and trails just a short walk from your front door. This is truly a wonderful place to vacation.

this condo on newfound lake was as nice as advertized. The location was perfect with the ability to walk out the back door and step right onto our boat . Everything you could ever need was available inside, lots of room,clean and bright. Only thing missed was a good outside grill .

The condo is clean and in a great location with nice access to Newfound Lake.

Our favorite part of the property is that we have great access to the lake and Marc allows us to bring our boat. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked for everything you would need. My children enjoyed the tennis courts out back as well. Marc is always very prompt and very easy to deal with. We hope to go back next year.

Well-kept, nicely laid-out town-house

Our family stayed at this townhouse in June. Marc, the owner, was extremely prompt at answering all inquiries and wanted to make sure our stay would be perfect. The condo has a wonderful open-concept lay-out, and the bedrooms are great size with plenty of sleeping space. The townhouse abuts a little river that feeds into Newfound Lake (which is our favorite lake)---we could launch our boat from the townhouse grounds, and even "beach our boat" for the nights we were there---so convenient!!!! We very much enjoyed our stay, and would like to come back to it! Definitely recommend!

Excellent property

This is the second time I’ve rented this property, and it’s everything we need for our week away. This year we brought my 1 year old son for his first visit to Newfound Lake and the property was perfect. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you could need. We had an issue with the plumbing while we were there and Marc had it fixed within hours with zero inconvenience to us at all. Marc is always very communicative and helpful. Thanks again for a great week, we will definitely be back!

AMAZING

This place was perfect for me. I will definitely book again and hope to bring my kids next time! Perfect place to keep your boat and kayaks in back on water…easy access to lake from river. Great for friends and families 100%. It rained most of our stay which certainly made us stay at the place most often than we would have - but we were so lucky because it was so clean and felt like home. We hope Marc will have us back every year we loved it so much. (Condo is was more updated than the pictures too!!)
