Private 1500 square foot house on a cul de sac surrounded by woods. Just imagine being surrounded by leaves of every color in the fall or snow-covered beauty in the winter.

Sleeps 8, but feasible to sleep 10 with air mattress.
Three bedrooms all with top of the line new mattresses. You deserve a good night sleep on vacation!

Relax after a day of skiing, boating, snowmobiling or sightseeing by our beautiful floor to ceiling natural stone gas fireplace. With a flip of a switch, you are enjoying a fire.
We have a fully stocked kitchen along with a gas and charcoal grill so you can prepare any meals if you prefer not to dine out.

The owner has not missed a detail. This house is furnished with quality linens, plush towels, a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, dishwasher, soaps, shampoo, and paper products.
This location is frequently used as a hub in the summer months to make day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake, and Harbor Springs. All of which are only a 20 - 40-minute drives.
Come back to this peaceful location after a day of fun in beautiful Northern Michigan.
Unwind and enjoy a bonfire in the evening.

We are surrounded by beautiful lakes all within a 15-minute radius. Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, Intermediate Lake, just to name a few.
This is a golfers paradise. You will be less than a mile from Schuss Golf Course and Shanty Creeks' other award winning courses.
We have the best mountain biking and hiking trails at Glacial Hills trails in Bellaire.
Rent a kayak or canoe from Paddles and Pedals in Bellaire. They will take them to the lake for you.
There are endless fun activities to do in this area without breaking the bank

Pool Access to two indoor pools and hot tubs at Schuss and Summit villages. Unfortunately, pool pass can't be replaced. Missing pass results in $300 replacement cost.

*We understand that your pet is part of your family. We will allow 1 dog under 50 lbs. Possibly 2 dogs with manager's permission. There is a fee but is much cheaper than a boarding kennel*

*Our internet is Satellite, as that is all we can get in this area. It is fine for basic use, but not ideal for running several devices at once. If you are coming to enjoy nature and everything Northern Michigan has to offer, this is for you. If you are coming to stream movies and search the web, then this house may not be for you.
