We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the location was convenient as well. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We would happily stay here again!

The weather in Florida brings bugs during the summer. The battery was not low on the door, you guys were tugging on the door while it was trying to unlock. Once you put in the code too many times, the lock times out for 15 minutes. When I explained to you to wait on the door to unlock, you didn’t have anymore issues. I was willing to come to the house to help but you guys weren’t there.

Upon arrival, the host advised us that the toilet wasn't working and it became apparent that the home was not properly maintained. The presence of roaches and unusually large flies throughout the property made the accommodations un acceptable. As a result, we packed our bags and had to find alternative accommodations. Your question asking if we left the door open, implying that we are responsible for the roaches and flies entering the property, is both insulting and without merit. We find it unreasonable to shift responsibility to your guests rather than acknowledge the condition of the property. The fact that previous guests may not have complained does not excuse the condition we encountered or diminish our experience. You issued a partial refund without provided a requested explanation. We were forced to leave due to the roaches and had to pay for a hotel.

I thought the property was decent if you’re staying with a bunch of guys going to an event at the stadium. It’s not in a great area and some of the areas throughout the inside and the outside of the house weren’t so clean the game room was not maintained. For example, the pool table was not level and there was no way to even play a game, but if you’re just looking for a place to crash a few nights, it’s not so bad.

I don’t normally do this but this was my first time booking through Vrbo My stay wasn’t as pleasant the house is nice but it wasn’t clean doors and walls were dirty they were broken mirrors and paintings on the floor as the host said it was from a large party before me which should’ve been cleaned and removed there was broken glass hookahs in the play room which my kids could’ve been hurt by them they are no tvs in the rooms but one room and the pictures are not recent they were taken 2years ago no accommodation were provided .
