Hidden Gem!!! Waterville Estates home with Views!! Dog friendly!!

Come make memories in this beautiful mountain retreat in prestigious Waterville Estates in the White mountain of New Hampshire. GREAT views from this mountain home. Comfortable three bedroom with two baths and two pull out sofas in this two story home with approx. 2000 square feet of living. Two levels with two separate living rooms are great for privacy when traveling with multiple families. This is the place to be no matter what season. Winter you have access to Campton Ski Mountain where there is night skiing, entertainment & food. It is located in NH in the white mountains. You do need winter tires to be able to access the house or anywhere in the white mountains! We are15 minute to Loon, Cannon, and Waterville ski Mountain. You have access to multiple pools, basketball, pickleball, tennis, fishing, Waterville Estates own restaurant and bar for members only with your exclusive pass for entire time of stay.

Lovely home with all the amenities you could need. Really cozy linens on the beds and super soft blankets to snuggle up with on the couch. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

The house was amazing! So much room, the beds were so comfortable and roomy. Everything was clean and the house was completely set up for enjoyment of outdoor activities which I loved! We had a little issue with our vehicle and the owners went out of their way to help us out to make sure we were ok! The recreation center was pretty close and the amenities were all very clean and maintained. Only downfall was the game room had 1/2 the games out of order and the coin machine was out of order as well. Everyone was so nice and helpful! We only went for a quick weekend but would definitely come back in the near future for a longer trip to enjoy more of the activities right down the road! Can’t wait to book again!

Property is in immaculate condition. Floor plan has two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is a deck at the front of the house facing the driveway and the road which is a bit awkward since all the views are on the opposite side of the house. IMPORTANT: at the time I rented the house there were no instructions for the electronic lock on the front and it was extremely frustrating unlocking the door. The owner did say he was going to update the check in instructions for the lock. If you have trouble opening the electronic lock you have to call the owner who lives 40 minutes. FYI: There is no cell service for Verizon customers.
