8 J Street on Hampton Beach is just steps from the ocean in the heart of the entertainment district! Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with spacious open living and kitchen area. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal including all modern appliances. Smart TV in the living area with leather couch and chair. We have a fenced in, shared yard where you are welcome to grill and relax. We are pet friendly for an additional fee. If you don't feel like cooking, hop on over to McGuirk's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location, Location, Location, you can't beat 8 J Street!

Beautiful property located just steps from the beach, as advertised!! Lovely space for us to get away for a few days. We made use of the outdoor grill for dinner one night, which was very nice. Can't wait to come back again.

Place was small but perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed renting this unit with friends/family in the larger unit and sharing the back yard. Location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Loud at night on weekends when there is live music at McGurks. Overall great stay!
