Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property overall, but we're sorry for the frustration you experienced. Regarding the pricing, we always strive to be transparent and apologize if our explanations didn't provide the clarity you were looking for. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the ice maker. As soon as you reported the issue, our maintenance team responded that same day to troubleshoot. After confirming it wasn't related to the recently replaced water filter, we scheduled an appliance technician for the earliest available appointment. While waiting for the replacement part we provided ice trays in the home so you would still have access to ice during your stay. Unfortunately, the repair required a new ice maker, which was installed as soon as the part became available. Thank you for your patience and for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again in the future.
