This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

Great place for the family. The room was very clean. The pool and water slide were great. But geeez, you better not forget your little wristband.Not a fan of having to go to two different offices, one for the keys to the unit, and then check in once you get to the condo for your wristbands and parking pass.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had a great vacation. Outside area is very nice;pool, courtyard, beach. Lots to do in the area. The unit was okay but could use better cleaning. Ceiling fans, air vents, bathroom lights were very dusty. Bathroom rugs/mats need cleaned or replaced. No view from balcony (roof of pool/parking lot) so didn't really use. Rental company was great, actually got us in a few hours early. No major issues with this unit, just could use some TLC.
