Quite section of HHI, let close to all the fun.

The villa has been nicely updated and the view was great. Robert the host was very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Other than the out dated door lock that was frustrating, it was fine. The property manager, sorry, forgot his name. He was extremely nice, relatable, helpful and attentive to helping with this lock issue.

Admiral Row Getaway

The unit has a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. That is the highlight. Why we had to go to Orleans Rd to pick up the door lock combination, my wife and I will never know. It was dirty upon arrival (popcorn and box scraps on the floor). Being on the top floor, it sounded like a jet engine from the AC unit when sleeping. Patio door was hard to open. Everything else was ok.

This will be a 5 star if a couple of things get attention

Beautiful spot. Elevator is close by door, very handy. Excellent views especially morning sunrise. Comfortable furniture especially on the deck. New appliances and all worked well. The following things need attention to make it a perfect vacation spot. Needs a frying pan as well as lids for the pots, the fan in the bedroom needs to be replaced. The bearings are shot making it annoying to use. The doors squeak and the slider was difficult to operate (I had WD 40 with me so I fixed those issues). An electrical outlet did not work, however maintenance fixed it very quickly. Maintenance people are caring and want to know how to make the place better. I am sure if the owner updates the above it will consistently earn 5 stars. I will rent this place again.
