The apartment was just as it appeared online. Very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and that was a huge plus. I would stay here again.

Great location

Nice location, 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we went! Rooms were nice, comfy beds. Easy check in and check out. Parking is a little tight in the back but could easily park on street. Would definitely use this spot again.

Cute apartment in an awesome location!

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much. We were exhibiting at the Dallas market and it was so nice to come home to a comfy place after a long day. We really enjoyed shopping in the Bishop arts district.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The property manager responded quickly if we needed anything. The neighborhood had great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This apartment was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Kitchen was stocked, extra blankets available and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was with the remote/TV. This was communicated to the property owner and she responded quickly.

Quiet and clean

We enjoyed our stay here when we attended the VEX World Championship. Reasonable price, quiet neighborhood, and nice hot shower, and free parking (though tight for longer vehicles). #3 is an upstairs apartment but the rails are sturdy on both sides.

Parking was a bit tight when there were other cars but it was doable and felt secure. The location is outstanding and the neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. The flight of stairs was a bit daunting and hard for my mom who is in her 70’s (the last step up onto the property is higher than the average step). For my standards, it was not clean and things were just not kept up. Due to the lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I would not stay here again and I think the price was high since the owner doesn’t appear to be putting the care back into the property that is needed.

Parking was very easy and safe. The home was not very clean and just seems like maybe it's been neglected (gobs of hair in dryer and on the nightstand, dirty dusty vents, stained and unvacuumed rugs, overflowing mailbox). Although the pictures online are actually pretty accurate, and I didn't expect the place to be like the Ritz, a good cleaning and repairs of very minor issues would go a long way in making this place nicer. The host was the most unpleasant part of my stay. If you rent this property, PRAY you don't have any issues. Shawn was very rude and condescending. His colleague Chrissy though, was delightful!! She's the only reason I didn't cancel my stay after dealing with Shawn.Also be aware, the keypad does not light up every time. I have a video of me trying to get it to work, but I can't upload it here. The video is of me hitting the keypad numerous times with nothing happening.
