The property is small but it was fine for me and my dog. It was comfortable, well maintained, and had a lot of nice features. The floor in the bathroom must have gotten wet at some point and buckled. It didn’t matter to me and is still quite functional but a picky person might not like it. We enjoyed the place and Charleston very much.

Incredible location - walkable to all things on King street ie shopping, restaurants, nightlife. It is super cute as a little unit and the host was very flexible with us in terms of our pups!

Make sure you’re aware this property does not have a parking spot at all. You have to use a parking garage on King Street several blocks away which is inconvenient when coming and going and when it’s super hot and humid outside. The room itself was clean, cute, and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this cozy and very comfortable place. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect—just a short walk from King Street, which made getting around Charleston effortless. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Great Location

We had a great stay! The place was perfect for us and our fur baby. The property had everything we needed. Shower had excellent water pressure! Would definitely recommend for anyone spending some time in Charleston. We walked everywhere from our guest room!

Perfect for a pair!

Great little college in the middle of DT Charleston. Was in town for a wedding and could walk everywhere. Would stay here again when we come to town.
