Incredible location - walkable to all things on King street ie shopping, restaurants, nightlife. It is super cute as a little unit and the host was very flexible with us in terms of our pups!

We love this—King Street exploring by day, pups-approved stay by night 😄 Glad the location worked so well for everything you wanted to do and that the unit felt cute and comfortable for your trip. We’re always happy to be flexible for well-traveled four-legged guests too. Hope to host you again soon.
My stay was great and just so easy, which for me is key. Walking distance to everything I needed to get to and made for a wonderful stay.

Thank you so much! 😄 We love hearing that everything felt easy and stress-free - that’s exactly what we aim for. So glad the walkable location made your stay even better. Come back anytime!
Make sure you’re aware this property does not have a parking spot at all. You have to use a parking garage on King Street several blocks away which is inconvenient when coming and going and when it’s super hot and humid outside. The room itself was clean, cute, and comfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the clean, cute, and comfortable space, and we truly appreciate your note about cleanliness. Our housekeeping team takes pride in their cleanliness so that is wonderful to hear! Although we do not have parking directly at the property, we are still happy to provide guests with a space in a nearby garage since parking in Charleston is pretty rare. We understand it involves a short walk and appreciate your feedback. Thank you again for staying with us.
Great location. Loved the restaurants nearby & proximity to King St.

Such a cute place to stay, and close to so many things to do! There are several amazing restaurants nearby, including Malagón, a Michelin star awarded market and tapería. Great communication from host. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this cozy and very comfortable place. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect—just a short walk from King Street, which made getting around Charleston effortless. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Charleston.

Perfect place to stay, tons of local places to hit up. 5 min drive to water front. Great little hidden spot and owner always responded to every question within minutes.

Hi Amy, thank you for your awesome review! We're so glad to hear you and your fur baby had a great stay! Happy the property had everything you needed and that the shower pressure hit the mark - that's always a win. Walking everywhere is one of the best parts of being in Charleston. Thanks for the kind words and the recommendation!
GREAT location. Just enough away from the hub that you have a perfect neighborhood walk/bike out and home. Those walks were key after the kind of meals you come to Charleston for.All the lovely things about this place are lovelier than advertised. Outdoor sitting spot. Tucked away, but in the middle of stuff. Kitchen and laundry super handy and well stocked with nice stuff. Two things to be fair about. No closet or clothes hangers or spot to hang up dresses, jackets, formal gear of any kind. No room for a closet, but even having some hangers handy would allow guests to improvise. Second, it is loud here and that is the nature of the beast in a place like Charleston. We lucked out with the front house being full of middle aged ladies who were loud but not raging and went to bed at a decent hour. But all their smoke breaks were just a few feet from our pillows. If it had been a bunch of groomsmen, I could imagine my wife getting uncomfortable with how loud and on top of us that would be.They are not lying about the no parking. We got in late and dark after flight delays to an unfamiliar place. The front house guests' cars stacked in the driveway forced us to suck it in, turn sideways and lift our luggage over our heads every time we entered and exited our place during our stay. It's a pretty tight fit.But Charleston is a tight fit, that's part of it, and if you're entitled to suburban sprawl this will be the least of your problems!

Thank you for such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, neighborhood walks, and the convenience of being close to everything Charleston has to offer, especially after those great meals in town! Our travelers have always loved the location of the rental, as it really does allow you to walk everywhere downtown. We appreciate your note about hangers and will make sure that is addressed for future guests. Offering parking is definitely a privilege in the historic area, and the homes able to offer it do tend to have narrow parking areas. There will be some city noise everywhere downtown, but we’re glad it did not take away from your overall experience. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback.

The parking situation is horrible. Could not even walk to our cabin without having to turn sideways in an alley. Keep in mind if there is a dirty car there your designer Ralph Lauren jacket will get dirty. Thank goodness we had clean cars. No tables to set anything on in the bathroom. We had issues with the shower which they graciously fixed and moved us to another place. The maintenance guy even helped us carry our luggage. Lots of construction and loud noises right now and for the foreseeable future. The beds were very comfortable and I have chronic back pain and I can say the beds were great.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad the beds were comfortable - comfortable beds are always a priority for us, especially for guests with back concerns. Offering parking in the historic area is definitely a privilege, and homes that provide it do tend to have narrower spaces, so we appreciate your understanding. As for the construction, it is a bit out of our control since it is a neighboring project. The listing was updated before your booking was made. We always strive to provide a comfortable experience, and we’re happy our team was able to assist with the shower issue and moving you to another unit. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts!
Quaint little house that was quiet and clean that’s within walking distance to most Charleston attractions. Close parking in public garage, but just need to plan for it.

Thanks, Shanna! We're so glad you enjoyed the quiet charm of the house and the convenient location. You're right - parking in Charleston takes a little planning, but we're happy the nearby garage worked out. Hope to host you again soon!
Great little college in the middle of DT Charleston. Was in town for a wedding and could walk everywhere. Would stay here again when we come to town.
