This was one of my favorite vacation rentals ever. It was clean, very well stocked and very homey. The location was very close to town but enough blocks away to be quiet. We were with our grandson, who really enjoyed the basketball setup and the large backyard- perfect for some fun baseball games. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. Needless to say, we are very happy with our experience each time. The house is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the essentials we need. The owner is very responsive should you have any questions. I’m sure we will try to stay at this property next year.

This property is absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the spacious rooms to the incredibly comfortable furniture. The location is perfect, just minutes from Main Street, making it quick and easy to get anywhere in Fredericksburg. The backyard is large, peaceful, and a wonderful place to relax.Our group stayed for a full week, and this home was perfect in every way. Everything was clean, easy, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We've been coming to Fredericksburg for the past five years, and this is, without question, the best place we've ever stayed.In fact, we're already planning next year's trip, and if this home is available, we'll absolutely be booking it again.The only minor negative had nothing to do with the property itself or the host, it rained almost the entire week. Since the garage can only be opened from inside the house, it would have been nice to have a garage door remote so we could pull directly into the garage without getting wet. That said, this is a very small inconvenience and certainly wouldn't keep me from giving this property my highest recommendation. Even with the rain, the house was such a comfortable and enjoyable place to spend the week.If you're looking for a place to stay in Fredericksburg, you won't be disappointed with this property or this host..

Very spacious home with nicely updated interior. Well appointed with plenty of amenities and a large, fun-filled yard. Easy access to town and surrounding sites. Whole family loved this home and our stay, so relaxing.

Fredericksburg weekend

House is close to Main Street, cute backyard and on the inside. Has a mishap upon arrival but host was prompt to respond. Closed in porch is nice to hang out. Yard did need to be mowed, but place was clean and enjoyed our stay.

Love this property. Everything was updated and the home is very comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. We came for an annual trip and hope we can stay here next year. Host provided timely communication. We had absolutely no complaints.

This is the second year we have stayed at this house. It worked great for us last year and was perfect for us again this year. We plan to rent it again next time we are in the area. The modern, clean, and spacious home is comfortable and the location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Two car garage is a plus. Owners provide clear communication and instructions and respond to questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended this property!

Exactly as pictured!

Host was very communicative, and left no questions to the imagination. I didn't ever have to message them because they were very upfront and clear with their expectations of the property from the get go. Easy to stay in, very nice. Beds were amazing sizes and quality. Quick drive to Main St too. Incredibly well kept too. Loved how stocked the bathrooms and kitchen were. Would totally stay here again!

Cute house on inside; fairly quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard although we did not get to use yard on one day due to lawn care workers showing up. Host did refund us 60.00.

Cosy retreat!

We truly enjoyed the comfort of this well equipped house. The carefully chosen decor elements contribute to a warm atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and family time. The kitchen has all you can wish for. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The sun room was a nice surprise as it gives some extra space for someone who wants to be away from the group. We could not enjoy the outside hot tub and fire pit fire to weather but maybe next time! I would definitely recommend for your next stay in FBG TX
