Indulge in a night of restful sleep on our brand-new and extremely comfortable Saatva and Casper mattresses. The indoor living space features a Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system. After a day of exploration, return to the warmth of the fireplace, where you can curl up on the couch for a movie.For those who need to work during their stay, a dedicated desk setup in the loft overlooks the beautiful living room windows.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This rental does require purchasing short term vacation rental insurance for stays up to 29 nights (reservations longer than 29 nights will need to discuss insurance options with Tahoe Cohost Collective prior to booking). The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury, if the fee has been paid. Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
