Family wedding

The morning of our departure, I get a message . You've been refunded. So sorry but another party booked on another booking portal. We booked over 2 months ago. We were getting ready to leave for a family wedding and a little stressed already We will be on every site and warning travelers/people of this VRBO scam, including the city’s BBB. I have not called my lawyer yet
