About this space
Sit on the deck listening to the brook below. The cozy cabin sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the loft and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a meal at the rustic table that seats 8. A pull down screen and projector make a fun movie night. Beautiful 100 year old wood floors from the Jim Beam factory. Amenities include full laundry, Bosch appliances, wifi, wood burning stove and fire pit.
Other things to note:
Belleayre Mountain is 35 minutes away. Plattekill Mountain is 40 minutes away. Both offer great skiing, snowboarding and other winter activities.
Fly Fishing is available at Beaverkill Angler right in downtown Roscoe.

The house was lovely, and a true cozy catskill getaway. Loved listening to the stream in the evening. Justin was a welcoming and informative host. Well worth a visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It had every comfort and amenity we could have wanted. The owners clearly take pride in the property, as everything is high quality, thoughtfully chosen, and beautifully styled. The property itself is lovely, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and listening to the babbling brook.One thing to be aware of: if you’re sleeping in the upstairs loft, you’ll want to keep to the center of the room when moving around. The sloped ceilings make it very easy to bump your head on the eaves! Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s really not a problem.Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in the Catskills, and one we would happily recommend.

We love getting out of the city and enjoy all of the seasons in the Catskills. From the warm summer nights full of stars, to the crisp fall mornings sipping coffee on the deck.
The red and gold leaves, to the brisk winter days with fresh snow make the Catskills a relaxing place to vacation. It's simply stunning.

What makes this property unique

Our property is so special to us. The coziness of the cabin with original floors from the Jim Beam Factory and the outdoor fire pit and deck make it truly a one of kind retreat with plenty of space to recharge, reset and renew.
