Wonderful experience all the way around. Got to check in early after long drive . View was spectacular!!!! Great communication with condo owner. Out front close parking. Condo was well stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay again.

Laura and James have a beautiful place and their communication with us was awesome. My wife and I loved our stay there. The condo has everything you would need right down to the K-cups and coffee maker. When we weren’t lounging on the beach, we enjoyed just relaxing on the balcony. We would love to stay here again next time in PCB!

Clean and perfect location!

Location is perfect for any activities you may want to do and don’t even get me started on how CLEAN everything was! Perfect for a relaxing week on the beach. I loved that both rooms had king beds. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with. I can’t wait to come back!

Fun family vacation

The condo was very clean, owners were friendly. The view was beautiful. We loved the large balcony. There were a lot of little amenities to start you off with, that others have not had ; coffee pods, water, hand soap to name a few

Excellent condo and host

Everything about this place was great! Parking was easy, beach was beautiful, couldn't of asked for a better place to stay! Communicating with the owners was so helpful and pleasant. They really helped the check in process and checkout was a breeze. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City which made it even more relaxing. Would definitely stay here if we came back!

Great Stay!

We spent a long weekend in PCB and could not have been more pleased with our condo! The location was great, and the space was beautifully decorated! Amazing views of the beach and not in the tourist trap area. We really appreciated the attention to detail of little amenities that could be easily forgotten by guests such as sunscreen, salt, pepper, sugar, tin foil, etc. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Place and Owners

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We absolutely loved the rental. The view from the top floor is incredible. Well furnished, decorated and in top shape. My wife is very meticulous when it comes to cleaning and she was impressed. Laura was proactive in her communication and made sure that our stay was perfect. We are already planning our next trip here.

Great property

This is a fabulous property! Amazing view of the ocean, beach and sunsets. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Everything you need, plus more. Laura and Jed are great to work with! I much prefer renting from owners over dealing with many of the property management companies.

Everything about this property and this stay was excellent. Communication with the host and check in was clear and simple. The super clean condo was gorgeous with amazing views and an AC unit that never failed. We cooked several times and had everything we needed to make two dinners happen with no problems. Lots of attention to detail have been put into this condo: beach towels and accessories, multi- plugs, extra supplies, etc. We will definitely be back!
