Enjoy the great location yet peacefulness in Union Hill Redmond! Step out into the covered deck and notice the remarkable fresh air and allow the sounds of the trickling creek to wash away your worries.
This is a private unit of a split level home(separate entrance). This unit is perfect for business travelers as we are located in a great location and also have 2 workspaces(1 table in the bedroom and 1 executive table where you can conduct meetings).
The space
This unit is located in a quiet neighborhood of Redmond Union Hill. It is close to Costco (3 min drive), Downtown Redmond(10 min drive), Swedish hospital(5 min drive). It is a great place to stay for long term guests or business trip guests. I want to set the expectations clear by mentioning that this is the lower level unit with a separate entrance and the bedrooms can be connected by opening the closet.

Great Stay

enjoyed our stay at the property. Has everything you need and very clean and spacious. Bedrooms are essentially combined due to shared closet but this is covered in the description.

Quiet, clean with beautiful foliage out back.

Located on a cul-de-sac this property was very quiet and peaceful. From the large covered balcony it is almost straight down to a creek below, which you can hear but really cannot see because of the foliage. Beautiful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing we initially had concerns about was that it was rather cool inside and there was only a plug ni radiant heater. We are from Texas and are not used to inside temps below 70. It all worked out just fine though.

Worst Guest Property We've Ever Stayed In

Spots of blood on the bathroom floor by the toilet. All floors and carpets were dirty. Unswept piles of dirt and debris. Place smelled poorly. Beds did not have top sheets. When requested we were told, “We do not provide top sheets.” No bathmat. No washcloths. No thermostat. Only two space heaters. Listed as free WiFi. No WiFi info provided upon check in. Only one small towel rack for four people. No coat hooks. No doormat,for December in Seattle! Carpet in bedrooms is stained and dirty. Bathroom baseboards don’t appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Rotting dead mouse on porch.
