The house comes fully equipped with new appliances including washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The living area includes leather couches and a dining table that seats 8. The open kitchen has a bar with seating for 3.

Spend your days enjoying the river including swimming, fishing, tubing, or canoeing. Spend your afternoons by the fire pit, sitting on the porch enjoying the views of the river, or watching the wildlife in the yard.
