This is an amazing place featuring an amazing gas the fireplace in the living room. Just to be clear, there is an upper and lower unit to this house. You can rent one or both. Unit 2 features 2 bedrooms and 1 luxurious bathroom recently renovated. Fully stocked kitchen with separate dining room. There is a fire pit in the backyard that is shared with the upper unit. Plenty of back yard seating for privacy with spectacular views. Back yard is on the future Wellsboro Rail Trail Extension.
