The Space:

Morning light filters into a calm, spacious interior where the pace feels unhurried and easy. You start the day with coffee at the kitchen counter, plans still loose, knowing there is plenty of room for everyone to settle in comfortably. After a day of exploring, you gather in the generous living area or step onto the small patio for a quiet moment outside. The space invites you to slow down and feel at home.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed, providing a private retreat for up to eight guests. Every bedroom opens onto its own full bathroom, so families or groups can enjoy added privacy and convenience. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are supplied, so you can settle in with ease.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen offers ample counter space and a functional layout, perfect for quick breakfasts, shared dinners, or anything in between. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a nearby dining area make it simple to gather around the table and reconnect over meals.



Comfort & everyday essentials

Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Inside you’ll find a washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, reliable Wi‑Fi, and a TV for downtime entertainment. Free parking on the premises and self‑check‑in via smart lock streamline arrival and daily comings and goings.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step outside to a community pool, gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area. These shared spaces add variety to your stay while the unit itself remains peaceful and uncluttered.



Location

A short drive brings you to local attractions such as the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks, making this a practical home base for exploring Lutz and the surrounding area.

Guests often note Aiden’s excellent communication and responsiveness, and many appreciate the pool and gym facilities, even if occasional access issues arise.



Whether you’re working remotely, enjoying a relaxed vacation, or settling in for an extended visit, this first‑floor retreat offers the space, privacy, and convenience to make your stay feel effortless.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
