Dockside on Devil’s Lake, hot tub, dock, fire pits, game & family rooms, Pets OK
Enjoy the outdoor TV/fire pit/bar/hot tub on the lake. Just park your boat dock and walk into the kitchen. Enjoy the movie room or game room.
Close into the city and Ocean for easy access off the lake.
There is no fence to separate the lake water from the rest of the property, please be aware this property may not be suitable for young children that cannot swim. The lake water at the edge of the yard can be 4-6 feet deep and is not fenced off. Please do not allow impaired or blind pets into the yard so they do not fall into the lake and perish. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
This is a 3 bedroom with 1 bed in each room. If bringing more than 6 guests, the rest will be sleeping on the hid-abed in the living room or the queen blow up mattress in the family room. The hot tub is nice feature. However there maybe be occasions where parts breakdown and need to be ordered. If the rare occasion happens and the hot tub is not working during your stay, the hot tub fee will be refunded to you.

Breed and Born Alaskan, now an Oregonian. Have started hosting out of necessity with family in both states but discovered a passion for it. Love communicating with everyone that has been interested in being a part of our hosting experience.
Why they chose this property
It's a Lake on the Ocean, with the worlds shortest River attached! Who wouldn't want the best of all 3 worlds in this very special natural wonder of Lincoln City. This property is very close in, easiest access on and off of hwy 101 to go north, south or west. Everything is within walking distance, including the ocean.
What makes this property unique
This bright, modern house was built for entertaining. It has 2 bars (one with a special bar ice machine), 2 patios, 2 fire pits, 2 jet ski docks, 2 living rooms, 1 gazebo, 1 hot tub, 1 boat dock, 1 indoor fireplace, 1 amazing view, 1 gorgeous waterskiing lake, 1 amazing ceiling and entry and 3.5 bathrooms.
