Amazing property for families!

The house was really great! We loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom. Loved the heated pool and hot tub, and the view was amazing! Ample parking and we really appreciated having use of the garage (many homes lock it out). Teens loved the ping pong and foosball. Would def stay again! Only wishes for our trip was a double oven and a second fridge in the garage.

Very nice home near Zion

Beautifully appointed home with amazing spacious living quarters. Really liked the pool but didn’t know it was a smaller sized pool but it worked for our family of six. Conveniently located to highways to Zion and St. George.

Perfect for Large Groups!

We stayed here for our family reunion. We had a larger group, and this house fit us all perfectly! The living area was large enough that we were able to comfortably fit while we hung out or ate meals. We never felt like we were stepping over each other or in each other's space. The rooms were great and the kids LOVED the bunk beds. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was the highlight of everyone's stay. Every part of this house was just right for our family. Thank you to Red Rock Vacation for being so great to work with.

Mostly good!

A great house for our 27 people family. The fridge was not big enough, however. The house had some damage such as, all lounge chairs broken, problem with the garbage disposal and a very dirty barbecue grill. I made the property aware. Otherwise, great stay.

Great place with 2 important exceptions: 1. BBQ lacked propane and did not work even when propane was made available and attempt made to light bypassing igniter system. Plans and groceries purchased for BBQing 2 nights had to be abandoned. Perhaps a routine inspection of BBQ should be done with each new rental stay. 2. Backyard landscaping not maintained; lawn dead, garden and lawn spaces choked with weeds, palm trees with multiple dead frames. A very unaesthetic backyard which is a focal spot of this property

Awesome Multi-Family Gathering Place!

We had a beautiful experience together for our family reunion. The house was stocked with almost everything we could have wanted for our stay! The couples all had their own suites and the grandkids had one room for the boys and one room for the girls to bunk in and have fun together, each with their own full bathroom. Whenever we weren't off somewhere else having fun, the hot tub and pool were a huge hit. We had a big group and I was worried that the pool would seem too small, but it worked great! Adults and kids both loved sitting around the hot tub and putting their feet in when they weren't in their suits. The Great Room had ample space for our daily gathering time w/enough seating for everyone, due to the extra benches around the room! Our queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful views from the backyard. Very enjoyable going out into the hot tub or pool at night, too. Fridge was kind of small for that size of a group but we made it work by having a few shopping trips as we cleared stuff out instead of just one. Costco and Walmart Nearby. Wonderful size of kitchen with sheet pans as well as pots. Not far from Sand Hollow State Park. Good communication with owners. Very fun "home base" for our vacation!
