Pool towels are not provided for the property even thought there is a private pool. I had to pay 1.00 per pool towel to get them brought to the house. One garage code wasn't working so we could only access that garage by going through the house. The place was spacious and perfect for a group gathering and I loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom(s). Check out and clean up required was easy as well.

Family fun times!!

We had a large family and pets. Pet friendly is a nice find. As much noise as we made on one side of the house, no one on the other side could hear. It was great having 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms and so many bunks for the kids. I would highly recommend for a large gathering.There was a taco truck at the end of the road with awesome food, so gave a break on cooking. Great location, we went to Zion several times and one long day to Bryce.

The location was great. The whole place was very nicely decorated. The dual bathrooms in the bunkrooms were fantastic. Everyone elses reviews seem to like the cleanliness but we felt like the cleaning crew wasn't very thorough for our stay. Just an FYI for anyone considering this place: the twin beds in the bunk rooms could barely hold a toddler without them feeling all of the springs through it, so don't plan on those beds for any adults. All of the other beds were memory foam and were fine (VERY firm though).

Enjoyed this new, well equipped, large property with spacious bedrooms w/ king beds, amazing “bunk rooms,” and 11 bathrooms. New development with lots of ongoing construction & construction dust. Overall experience will improve when surrounding buildings are completed.

Our Family Christmas 2024

There were 23 of us....5 dogs and 1 cat! We had plenty of room in this beautiful house(s) Everything was provided was great. We cooked a Turkey and Ham for Christmas dinner with all the sides and the 2 kitchens were amazing. We all had such a great time. Was able to buy a live Christmas tree night before Christmas and decorated it with special ornaments each brought. A wonderful place to have a family gathering and celebrate Christmas.

Perfect for large groups

7 families, 18 people total. Accommodated is very nicely, no complaints in that area. The only complaint we had was the third garage door was was without a code, so someone needed to go upstairs and back down to open the door. Aside from that it was almost perfect.
