Why they chose this property

This college town is in a quiet neighborhood. Most of the people in the area are families and students living with their parents. Our home is centrally located, UCF is a walking distance, and there is a variety of restaurants to explore. We llove sports and Blanchard Park is an amazing park with trails, tennis courts, bike routes, soccer, and baseball fields, and beautiful sceneries.
We are 20 minutes close to Downton Orlando or the airport, and less than 60 minutes to Cocoa Beach, and Cruise ports.
I love everything about this town, It is the perfect place to go anywhere to study and have fun!

What makes this property unique

Our property was just remodeled and updated. We try to keep it super clean and sanitize high-touched areas. We want our guests to feel they are comfortable knowing that you are sleeping and walking in a clean environment. We are still working on the outdoor landscaping for our home. It is a work in progress, We have a porch area, but not an outdoor seating area for the moment. Rest assured that is coming soon!
