The house is hundreds of years old, and is situated at the original entrance of the village, marking one of the oldest buildings in the area.

The great news is that you are in a secluded village surrounded by ample walking trails, freshly grown fruit and vegetables, olive trees, grape vines and next level views in a true Tuscan setting. You can happily spend your time exploring the village and surroundings on foot.

Here are well meaning guests who do not understand simple arithmetic....or living outside the big city....
The lights and two electric heaters were left on all day and night and after being told that all country houses had only 3 KW of power going into them still persisted in leaving them on thus the overload switch went off. We offered to stoke up the fire and keep the house warm...and upon their return the house was lovely and warm, our offer was continued into the 3rd day but they refused our offer.
No hard feelings however and we wish them well as they both embark on a London living experience to an Italian country side lifestyle experience
