Crystal Sands 308B, a beautiful two-bedroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious Master Bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and an attached full hall bath. The open living area boasts a sunny, spacious atmosphere with a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that showcase the breathtaking view of the sea. The high vaulted ceiling, open staircase, and loft area create a bright and airy setting with abundant natural light. The upstairs guest quarters include a lovely loft bedroom with a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub shower combination is a separate bedroom with two twin-sized bunk beds, perfect for kids.

In addition to its luxurious accommodations, Crystal Sands offers a heated pool, BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access. From March 1 to October 31, guests can enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Destin Commons, you'll have access to fantastic shopping and dining options, as well as Bass Pro Shop and the state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater. A great get-away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in & check out process was so convenient & easy. The accommodations were great. Great location! Convenient to restaurants, shopping & grocery! The best thought was the view and the access to the white sand beach..just stops away. Would definitely recommend to others & would stay here again!

Great Unit

Great location with access to everything that makes for a great vacation. We did experience a small hiccup. When we arrived the refrigerator was off. This would not have been an issue if we hadn’t already gone grocery shopping and had items that needed to be refrigerated. This also resulted in no ice. It came on after resetting at the socket but it took time for it to cool. I would stay here again and recommend to others, just suggest the cleaners double check appliances before leaving to ensure they operating for the next guests.

Best Condo in Destin!

This trip was nothing less than AMAZING!!! We booked a last minute trip down, and chose this unit by random. It was such an incredible choice! The whole condo was fully furnished, all the way down to dishwasher and laundry soap. The beach was incredible and private. The balcony views could not have had prettier sunsets. Also, Modern beach vacation rentals take management to the next level!! They communicated with us before we came in, right after checking in, and right after checkout to ensure we had everything we needed. Class-A red carpet service. We are excited to come back next year and will stay here again for sure!
