Beautiful beach getaway on the scenic, protected bay of Patillas. Large terrace just steps away from the water where you can often see manatees feeding in the mornings. Spectacular sundowns and dark night sky, perfect for stargazing. 4 bedroom/3.5 bath, large, fully equipped kitchen, open living area with cozy living room, dining room, and family room. Very close to restaurants, surfing, public beaches, and parks. Wonderfully suited for couples as well as families.

You cannot beat the view and the peacefulness of the area. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Jose is very responsive to any questions and/or information requests. We actually got to meet him and he is very professional, friendly and courteous. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets are that far from the property.Will definitely try to book again for a relaxing family vacation. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Amazing and peaceful property with great view

This is an amazing property with beach views, in very calm and peaceful neighborhood. We stayed only for 4 days, wish would have extended for long. Had great time at the property. Host was really nice and very responsive. Would highly recommend this place.

Family Reunion

The house was beautiful. The host very attentive. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the manatees. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and location to near by restaurants and beaches. i would recommend to anyone looking for a location to stay.

Excellent stay in Patillas

We had a wonderful stay in the house. The location of the house is perfect, right at the water. We were stirring on the deck watching the ocean and having breakfast or dinner, just perfect! It is safe here and there are lot of restaurants and stores. People are very friendly. Owner, Jose, is very helpful.The house if completely closed with walls, which makes ideal with families with pets.The house has everything that you need. Very well designed, all appliances are there. The view from the bedroom is fantastic, looking at the ocean. It is a great house and I will recommend this house. We will be back again!Thank you
