Great area where everyone could have their own space and our kids could play in the back yard. The location walking distance from coffee shops and cute local shops was amazing.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location, close to our family, in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s an older home that’s been nicely remodeled. The one minor complaint I have is there were 3 of staying for 2 nights and we were given 3 bath towels but only two wash cloths and two coffee mugs available. Would definitely stay again.
My friends and I stayed for three days, the whole place was clean and very nice and cozy. We ran into an issue with the tv, fixed it ourselves and the host reimbursed us for a control. Super nice and friendly, quick to respond.
Clean, roomy house that is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and breweries. We were coming to celebrate our daughter's graduation and to help her move. We found the house clean. The bedrooms were roomy enough to have a queen size bed and still be able to move around. The bathroom was huge and the kitchen was good sized as well. I found the owner, Andy, extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to our requests.
The house was nice. Not enough room to sit for a family to watch a movie, there’s only one couch that seats 3. But we made it work. The floors had white lint and there was dust. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It’s located by quite a few restaurants, some within walking distance. Neighbors were quiet but friendly.

Decent property, but not great
Upstairs rooms were almost unlivable due to the heat, but luckily we just stayed in the downstairs room. The TV did not work at all during the stay, and the electronic door lock died during our trip leaving us outside waiting for the owner to respond when we needed to get ready for the wedding we came for. The couch was also ver nasty looking, stained on all sides, we just ignored the entire living room.
Overall the house was a good value. Heating was a concern as the living room would not heat up although it was a very cold snap in January at the time. So cold in fact, a pipe broke causing a flood in the kitchen. We were able to get the valve shut off and the owner got it taken care of promptly. We were refunded part of our stay for that inconvenience and felt it was handled well. Living room is very small and you are not really able to hang out with more than 2 people to watch TV. It is in a great location in regards to DT St Paul. Very easy UBER or walkable to many attractions. Would recommend to others needing a place in the area.
