The house is right on Lake Montauk with the most breathtaking sunsets. Ample bedroom space with very comfy beds, beautiful en-suites. Fantastic kitchen. Very responsive host for a minor problem.

Beautiful Property

Absolutely beautiful property. Right on the lake. Great views of the lake from the kitchen, living room, and 2 master bedrooms. We took our staff of 12 for a 2 day retreat in Montauk. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone.

This home is gorgeous! The infinity pool and view are stunning. We stayed for only a few days and I wish it was more. Plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen is excellent if you want to cook at home. Can’t say enough good things about this home. I would stay again!

We were in town for a family wedding and wanted a large home to have all the cousins together. The house is even more beautiful in person! We were pleasantly surprised by the number of beds. We had more than enough room. Gorgeous views and a heated pool!! Close to town. Highly recommend this beautiful waterfront home!

Sixteenth birthday

We stayed at the home for my daughter’s birthday with family and friends. Everything about the house is perfect and the weather cooperated as well. Even if the weather had been awful the house would have provided a perfect respite. Cannot say enough good things about the home or the owners who provided for every possible need!

Absolutely Lovely home with incredible Host

We came during the off season, but still had the best time with the kids and grandparents. The house is perfect, the view all around the house is epic. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating. When I say the house is beautiful, it’s an understatement. My parents loved waking up to the gorgeous view. The kids loved the bunk beds and ping pong table. And there were so many beaches and hikes nearby that we had an amazing nature filled week. I’ve never said this about a house rental but the beds were sooooooo comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you Tabitha and Erin for everything!!

Even better than the photos

Our extended family, adult children, their spouses, our 7 grandchildren and my niece had a wonderful stay at this house. The water view and access to the lake were very special. Everyone loved the pool and the ocean beaches were very close by. I particularly liked that all of us could have a seat at the dinner table at the same time whether we chose to eat in doors or outside on the deck. The kitchen was roomy and accommodated multiple cooks at the same time. We also enjoyed our ping pong games in the evening. Grandkids enjoyed the two bunk rooms. Great house in a convenient location. Montauk has lots to offer. We look forward to our next stay here!

To the owner --please do answer your phone when some rented ur house. She was not available over the phone only once she answer. If you think to rent this please take ur accessory with u because she does not have no soap, no soap etc only lots of towel and bedding is available. We loved this place its beautiful view. Please change ur living-room carpet and fix heater in the basement.

I answered the phone the 10 times you called. I think I missed a few because I was traveling. No we don’t supply shampoo or soap in the bathrooms so sorry. I know you don’t like the new rug in our living room because it wasn’t comfortable to sit on but it is perfect for a beach house. Basement can be chilly in the winter but the heat does work. The perfect getaway

This rental is definitely high-end. It's spotless, comfortable and the view is superb. Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. The infinity pool is stunning, though a little chilly for May swimming. The lounge chairs but the pool and the beach towels supplied at the house were perfect. It has everything you could possibly need and the steam shower in the en suite is an amazing experience. My skin is glowing. This is our second time renting and I'm sure not our last. We had teenagers with us so the basement with the bedroom, bathroom, ping pong table, and video games kept them down there and happy. Not too many rentals out there that offer everything that this house does.

Accurate Representation

The home surpassed my expectations, offering ample space for everyone to enjoy. Its great location added to the overall experience. We were delighted with how accurately the photos represented the property, and everything was clean. I wish we took better advantage of the lake access. In the future if I rented on the lake I would bring life jackets The beautiful and peaceful surroundings, complemented by the stunning view and lawn for kids to play, along with a lovely pool, made it an ideal location for our family of 14. The beds were comfortable, and everyone in our group commented on their coziness. The property manager was also responsive. While there could be some updates, such as adding more plates and bowls, and refreshing the towels, it did not hinder our overall experience. It's also worth noting that one of the master bedrooms and the trundle bed are located in the basement which I didn't realize The spacious lawn was perfect for both kids and dogs to play, making it a great family-friendly retreat. Despite those minor points, the home still offers a full set of amenities that few rentals can match. We enjoyed our time here

Perfect Winter / Holiday

The home far exceeded our expectations. Such a great space for our family to celebrate Christmas. Well stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. Plenty of space to spread out and have personal / quiet time. Kids were able to nap with no need for rest of house to reduce noise. Very comfortable. Great location. Tabitha and Erin were both so kind and helpful!
