Our family had a great time! This old school antique farmhouse is spacious, terrific outdoor space, hot tub a definite plus! Loved the quick walk to town with several places to eat and get a drink. Would definitely stay again!

Bridget’s home was spacious, well accommodated with all we needed and a great place to connect with family and friends. Ideally situated close to town but feeling of complete privacy. We loved our stay.

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway with 14 family members. Everyone felt there was more than enough space to spread out, indoors and outdoors. The running stream alongside the home provided a lovely backdrop and the town was right down the street. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time. Bridget, the host was wonderful. Her home was exactly as described, absolutely charming! Spacious, well stocked with extras and location was perfect. Right off Main street. We would love to return for sure.

I loved it, the property was clean, we were able to find the home with essentials at our reach like detergent, spices in the kitchen, and such. The host was easy to reach and the instructions were clear. We absolutely enjoyed every part of the property.

Very charming home. Plenty of room for the 11 of us, could have fit more if needed. Plenty of hot water. And The hot tub was great as was the fire pit. We had a blast using the karaoke machine. Very short walk into town. Plenty of restaurants and only a short drive to Hunter and Tannersville. The hostess, Bridget, was very helpful and responded quickly to all of my emails. Highly recommended.

I already want to book this place for next year's tournament. So comfortable so spacious such an old school vibe. The hot tub was well needed for us old spinal columns after a full day of golf. So many bedrooms my goodness we could have brought 10 more people comfortably. What have you in the backyard and the sound of that Brook is pure Zen.

We had a wonderful stay! The house needs some updates and improvements (specifically the bathrooms), but it is large and comfortably accommodated our party of 18. It was equipped with everything we needed, including outdoor and indoor games. The large backyard and the creek (which turned into a full river when it rained!) were highlights of the stay.

We loved our stay! Very comfortably fit 14 guests for our college reunion trip this summer. Excellent yard space and proximity to town. Host was communicative, instructions were clear, and we didn’t have to reach out for any problems all weekend.This trip and this place will always hold a special place in our heart - we got engaged in the backyard!

Our large extended family had a wonderful time together (3 generations). Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the large yard, hot tub and beautiful brook. We were disappointed in the condition of the kitchen when we arrived. We had to thoroughly clean the refrigerator and oven before using them. We understand that cleanliness is a relative term and that our standards may be higher than those of others.

Highly recommend! The house is as advertised, with lots of space for a big group, a beautiful yard, a high-functioning hot tub, a spacious and well-stocked kitchen for meal prep, and a wonderful location that feels secluded but is just a five-minute walk to town. Bridget was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to questions and requests. Can't wait to return to the house on our next trip to Windham!

Had a wonderful time at this property! The house was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location of the house was the best part because it was secluded and private but only a short 5 minute walk into town. Would definitely stay at this house again!
